As you may know I run Fieldview Festival with my friends and over the last 5 years have grown from 30 people at a garden party to around 2800 people (legally 1999 if anyone asks you) with over 80 artists on 4 stages spread over 3 days. The Dreamland Sessions [19-08-11]
It’s been one hectic summer of love.
A smile, parallel to the first exhale after a big project is a sign that it went well. Fieldview Festival was the project on the whole but as a mini side-project I wanted to shoot some shot, beautiful acoustic sessions for the people who missed the festival, and those who fell in love with a new band.

Fieldview Mania!
So now that i’ve been back from India a whole week - blogs, photos and exciting news to come - We’ve been hard at work on the festival our collective group put together founded by Dan and James Cameron. As we’ve already sold out of the first batch of tickets, we’re releasing a whole bunch more with the sexy LINE UP!

[Spring window in Norway]
2010 was incredible. Hopefully 2011 will match it, if not surpass it.
In 9 days, the one way ticket to India is about to send me off into another adventure. Minimalism and 2 new year’s resolutions is all I’m bringing with. (And some watercolours.)

A forest of sound played and manipulated by touching, flicking, plucking the wires or ‘strings’ and evolving the sound through the built-in effect units.

The sun is setting on Norway [10/11/10]
So today is exactly 2 years since i fully left England on an adventure. Since then i’ve been to over 13 countries, numerous cities and met some of the most incredible people! With only a month left of living in Oslo, this isn’t over!

The Challenge of Return [4/11/10]
I have neeeearrlly finished Marita’s instrument. It’s the longest build i’ve ever done. So many problems and puzzles to fix! Nearly there! It is looking pretty epic now though!
In other news, my time in Oslo is nearly up. 39 days, 4 hours, 38 minutes and 8 seconds to be precise. My oh my.

I know this is kind of ‘old’ now but i can’t get over how beautiful it sounds. It’s like a perfect 36 minute minimalism piece. If only Justin Bieber could be 800% slower in real life. Alas!
